Privacy Notice

MONEL, S.A. de C.V., which markets the properties presented under the Selva Capital brand, is responsible for the personal information you provide through this site. We are based in Mexico, and this notice is issued under Mexican data protection law.

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and your message. We also record which property you were viewing when you wrote to us.

We do not collect sensitive personal information. We never ask for financial details, bank information or identity documents through this website. If a message claiming to come from us asks for those through this channel, do not reply. Tell us instead.

Primary purpose: to answer your inquiry, send you documentation on the property you asked about, and continue that conversation. This is necessary: without your details we cannot reply.

Optional purposes, applied only if you ticked the corresponding box: sending you occasional information about other properties, and contacting you by phone or WhatsApp. Neither is required, and declining them does not affect the attention you receive.

No one. We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal information to third parties, including the owners of the properties we represent.

We use Netlify as our hosting provider, which stores form submissions on servers in the United States. Netlify acts on our behalf and under our instructions, and is not permitted to use your data for its own purposes.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to moises@monel.mx with your name, a way to reach you, and what you would like us to do. We reply within the period required by law, and we do not charge for handling these requests.

Unsubscribing. Every commercial email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and without conditions. You can also simply reply asking to be removed. We do not call or text you unless you specifically allowed it on the form.

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. We do not track your browsing across other sites. Fonts are served from our own domain. If this changes, we will update this notice before implementing it.

We keep your information for as long as our relationship with you requires, and for as long as we need it to meet obligations arising from it; after that we delete it. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure.

This site is directed to people in Mexico and the United States. It is not offered on a targeted basis to residents of the European Union.

We may update this notice. Any change will be posted on this page with its revision date, and if the change is significant we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
